My Mom past away yesterday from Cancer. I am happy I was holding her when she went. I am sad because I miss her so much. Biking is my therapy so I’m sure I’ll be on the trail or the road helping myself cope with my loss. For everybody else, go hug your mom.

It’s snowboard season, so off to Park City we went. Awesome trip and had a great time. Especially the hour hike to the summit for some great backcountry boarding.
