My Mom past away yesterday from Cancer.  I am happy I was holding her when she went.  I am sad because I miss her so much. Biking is my therapy so I’m sure I’ll be on the trail or the road helping myself cope with my loss. For everybody else, go hug your mom.

I’ve officially upgraded my bike.  I previously owned a 2004 Specialized Epic comp.  This was a great bike and I really put this bike to the test.  We’ve had some good times and bad times (scars to prove the bad times).  But I really wanted a new bike.  Partly because the new bike is sweet looking and partly because of the new features.  So I purchased the 2007 Specialized Epic Marathon.  I didn’t buy...

It’s snowboard season, so off to Park City we went.  Awesome trip and had a great time.  Especially the hour hike to the summit for some great backcountry boarding.  Slight issue:  I broke my ankel on the last day.  The goodnews is that I made it down the summit, which took 90 minutes.  It hurt bad.  I also stopped in the terrain park to ride some rails.  That hurt too.  I actually put in...
